We had a fantastic time during our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect - right in the center of the village, yet in a quiet area. It was just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants, and we even had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the spa and wellness center, where we were able to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and comfortable stay.
The only downside we could think of is the distance to the gondola, which was a bit far. However, this hotel is perfect for families and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The views from our balcony were breathtaking, with a beautiful garden at the front of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the evening meals were some of the best we have ever had. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal, just a short walk to the nearest ski resort.
The lady owner seemed moody and unfriendly, and it was difficult to get information about the ski resorts or the surrounding area. The lack of English-speaking staff made it challenging to communicate and ask for assistance.

The hotel had a beautiful panoramic view of the village and mountains, which made for a picturesque and peaceful stay. the spacious room had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable double bed, a big wardrobe, and a sofa bed. the breakfast buffet was adequate, offering eggs to order and the option to enjoy breakfast on the front terrace. the half board option was a great value for money, eliminating the hassle of finding a decent eatery after a long day of hiking.
The main courses offered during the dinner were overcooked and lacked flavor. the dim lights in the room were not ideal, but the big balcony made up for it by bringing in plenty of daylight.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the location in this nice ski area was perfect, with easy access to the nearby shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
